Gottschalk Realty was established in January of 1972 by Robert and Elaine Gottschalk of Rochester.
In 1974, their son, Steve Gottschalk, joined the family business and in 1978 Gottschalk Realty was incorporated. After 20 years of serving the real estate needs of Fulton County, Robert and Elaine retired in 1992.
The Round Barn Golf Course at Mill Creek
The Rochester Parks and Recreation Board has taken steps to ensure the Mill Creek Golf Shop will be located inside the Gerhig Round Barn for the beginning of the 2005 season. Part of this relocation will involve the development of a new practice green, shelter, cart building, and parking lot in the area adjacent to the Round Barn.

Habitat for Humanity of Fulton County seeks to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness from the county one house at a time and to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action.
Habitat for Humanity continues to be a source for improving substandard housing. To date we have placed seven families in decent affordable homes in Fulton County. We are able to achieve this accomplishment by having the support from the people in our community. We are volunteer based, with no employees. Our Board, Committees and Volunteers are truly committed to our cause.
